We offer 2 types of recycled granules for automotive applications: PCR, which is produced from post-consumer plastic waste collected across India, and ELV, which is produced from waste generated by End of Life vehicles.
Recycled granules for automotive are rPP resin pellets made from post-consumer household polypropylene and polypropylene recovered from End of Life vehicles (ELV), engineered to replace virgin polypropylene in car components.
Lucro’s recycled rPP granules are used for interior trims, under-bonnet parts, battery casings, bumpers and exterior mouldings, and other injection-moulded automotive components.
PCR grades are produced from post-consumer household polypropylene collected across India. ELV grades are produced from polypropylene recovered from End of Life vehicles. Both are available as copolymer and homopolymer injection moulding grades, each with a technical data sheet.
Every batch of our recycled granules for automotive is tested for melt flow index (MFI), impact strength and dimensional stability, and a technical data sheet is supplied for each grade so OEMs and tier suppliers can validate it against their specifications.
